Preferred loans are in the Central Valley and attractive tourism areas, for example, Manuel Antonio, Jacó, Playa Hermosa, Mal Pais, Santa Teresa, Tamarindo, etc.
Private lenders, we work with only offer first mortgages (no second mortgages).
To point out, the private lenders we work with do not lend on raw land without significant construction on site.
